Day 2- Bali

Back here for another post of Bali! 

Day2 was rather tiring as we woke up very early at about 7am to prepare for rafting. The driver were waiting outside our villa at 8am or so! Long ride there which took us an hour! 

Reached! 

We had to trek down the long hill to the river! The hill was very steep and slippery which really exert our knee by a lot and I risk my life to take those shots as I am walking and taking pictures!! 

 

After what seems like eternity for me , I finally see the light at the end of the 'tunnel' haha I got very excited when I hear the river streaming because it means that we are close ! 

2 hours of rafting was really not recommended because it was too long for me but it was very fun as the guide is very entertaining and I got splash a number of times by the other boats! :( Oh, the water there was really very cold as we went down to swim but shiok! Hahah we float effortlessly and enjoy the beautiful scenery! 

When it end, we have to trek back up to the top which was as tough as usual and I almost died because it has been long since I trek, I must say that my stamina is no longer there:( 

Washed up a little and get changed to a dry set of clothes and had our buffet lunch! It was not bad but I kinda expected it more since it is included in the package!  

Lunch! 

Magnum there all day er day!!! It is only like $2.5! 

Went to Ubud Market since it is near our rafting site and we walked around to get some stuffs! It was rather expensive since it is a tourist attraction and the seller there would scam money as much as possible because we are not local! 

Our driver came to pick us up at around 3pm and back to our villa to clean ourselves and prepare! 

In the midst of preparing!! 

Head over to Kuta Beach for dinner!!!! 

 The view is breathtaking!!!

So excited that we straight go for pictures and forgot about our hunger! 

What makes this seafood resturant so unique is that they allow us to pick our own crabs etc personally! 

Biggest coconut I've seen!!!! 

Dinner is served! 

There were even live band playing! Enjoying the sea breeze and food ehich was the best part of this place! There were even fireworks! 

Grilled butter corn that I've tried! Not a fan of corn but this is the only exception! I love it as it come with different flavors which idk how they do it! Very unique taste! Regretted not trying the spicy grilled one :( 

Went shopping mall for a walk and head back to our homestay! 

Heheh pardon our cui faces! And yup, end of day 2! :D
